Charming 2-room apartment, located in the popular Cannes Marina district of Mandelieu-la-Napoule. The 33 m' apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building with swimming pool, offering an unobstructed view. Equipped with a bright living room of 20 m2, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 9 m terrace. The apartment also has a private parking space in the basement.
Laurence and Didier welcome you to Mandelieu-La-Napoule, in the secure Cannes Marina condominium, 10 minutes by car from the beaches, 5 minutes from restaurants and the town center, the Marina, the 18-hole Old Course golf course and 'a supermarket. This small, functional apartment, very well equipped, air-conditioned, offers a comfortable sofa in the living room (television) and two 80 cm beds or a 160 cm bed in the sleeping area (television).
The Cannes Marina district in Mandelieu-La-Napoule is very popular due to its location 10 minutes from the beaches by car, 5 minutes from restaurants and the city center of Mandelieu and La Napoule, the Marina, the 18-hole golf course Old Course and a supermarket. Ideally located for hiking or mountain biking in the Esterel massif.
