House of 130 m2, 3 bedrooms, garden: 1000 m2 Ground floor: - Large living room, dining room with access to terrace/garden - Fitted/equipped kitchen - One bedroom with double bed - Separate WC On the first floor : - one bedroom with double bed - a bedroom with 2 single beds - A bathroom with bath and WC The exterior - Garden with lawn, fenced - Swing, garden table, parasol. - Garden furniture, deckchairs - Parking in the courtyard (3 places) For the children: - Cot with mattress - bathtub - high chair - changing mat - potty and adaptable toilet seat - games ACTIVITIES : - the superb beaches of Carantec (Le Kelenn, la grève blanche, tahiti, ...) - The castle of the bull, ballade on the island callot with low tide - the golf course, the nautical centre, the GR34 on the seaside, fishing on foot, boat trips - the local market, the children's park and the skate park, ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : - WIFI included - Your concierge will be at your disposal during your stay. - Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. - Household linen is included (tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats). - Bed and bath linen are not included in the price. This option is available for 30euros per person per stay. - A disinfection fee will be charged upon booking.
