This holiday home is a beautiful, typically Breton stone farmhouse, located in a dead end street. The cottage offers you on the ground floor: a large living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge, opening onto two terraces. Also on this level: a laundry room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds) as well as a bathroom with toilet. Outside: a large open garden of 1,200m², an independent garage, and two terraces (one of which is closed by small barriers). Gîte adjoining the owner's accommodation (via the garage), not overlooked.

Neighbourhood information

Located to the east of Morbihan, Limerzel is a peaceful commune near Rochefort-En-Terre. You will have the pleasure of discovering superb panoramas, whether by bike with the Templar circuit, on foot on the Trévelo Valley path or along the Nantes to Brest Canal. Not to be missed, 4km away: the Branféré Park with its animals and its treetop trail! Also worth visiting 20 minutes away: Tropical Parc and its gardens. For lovers of the sea, swimming, boating and water sports, the Gulf of Morbihan, one of the most beautiful bays in the world, is 30 minutes away.
