Welcome to Casa Elisa! A haven of peace with a unique 180-degree view of Lake Annecy and its mountains. You will be living in an apartment with its own entrance in a very peaceful residential area (parties are not permitted). You and your family or friends can enjoy a comfortable, fully-equipped living space (air conditioning, linen, fitted kitchen, plancha grill, etc.). The flat sleeps 5, with 1 separate bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), a large sleeping area with a king size bed overlooking the lake. You also have a lake-view lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen and a desk allowing remote working (fibre/wifi). Outside, you'll enjoy the terrace and garden with its sun loungers, petanque area, table tennis table and a trampoline. You will also have full access to the saltwater swimming pool (according to the opening dates indicated >> please note that the pool terrace is currently being renovated). The car park is private and free of charge (11KW recharging point for electric vehicles at extra cost).
I live on the premises with my family and will be there to welcome you, give you advice and answer any questions you may have. I speak French, German and English.
The Morat hamlet is the old heart of the village of Veyrier du Lac, with its authentic buildings. It is a 10-minute walk away from the centre where you will find eveything you need (bakeries, pizza station, supermarkets, tobacconists, pharmacy, post office, etc.). It is a 15 minute walk to "la plage de La Brune" beach and its restaurants (pedalos, paddleboards and electric boats can be hired with or without a licence). It is a 20 minute cycle ride to Annecy town centre via the cycle path (Annecy bikes can be hired) There is a bus every 30 minutes from Veyrier to Annecy town centre (20 minutes ride). It is a 30 min drive to La Clusaz by car, 45 min from Geneva airport by car via the motorway and 150 km from Lyon and Grenoble. I live on the premises with my family and will be there to welcome you, give you advice and answer any questions you may have. I speak French, German and English.
