the appartment is decorated with great taste. It's perfect for a personal or professional stay It includes: A new and comfortable 140 x 190 cm bed A table and chairs for two people A kitchenette with a small refrigerator and two hotplates Storage cupboard A fully tiled bathroom with a shower, sink, and wall-mounted toilet. Bed linen, 2 small towels, and a tea towel are provided. Sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided for the beginning of your stay. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator in a small old building. The entrance is completely independent with a key box! The neighborhood is very quiet and classified as a historic monument. There are lots of nice open-air cafés and bars within a 10-minute walk towards the Maine River. There are lovely walks near the quays! The Terra Botanica park is a 10-minute drive away. The university hospital is a 5-minute walk away. The city center is a 10-minute walk away and the train station is 15 minutes away.
