The apartment is situated on the road of Ortale at 2 minutes of the center of Monticello. Monticello offers a lot of activities: municipal swimming pool, tennis, hikes, mini-golf, horseback riding, concerts, etc.... A small grocer's shop proposes local products. A few minutes away from the accommodation you can practise following activities: Holy François sports complex, 4 tennis court, mini-golf, horse riding center, gun club, swimming-pool. The city of l’Ile-Rousse at 10 minutes, with its beaches, restaurants, bars … Mountain and sea hikes. The apartment is of type F3 (65 m ²) on the ground floor of the owner’s house, situated in 4,5km of the sea and 150m of small business. Terrace of 30m2 with garden furniture. Big living with, TV, kitchen area with oven, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine. Two bedrooms, one with 160x200 cm bed and one with 2 beds in 90x190 cm. Privative bathroom, independent WC. Supplied sheets and towel. Parking closed with portal.
