Beautiful house built in raw wood, very bright, soothing and only 1km from the beach. Accessible for PRM. THE HOUSE - Open kitchen equipped (LV, LL) - Living room : TV with Netflix, south facing bay window opening onto a terrace, pleasant fixed frame with bench facing east - Bedroom : queen size bed 160x200 or 2 beds 80x200 (new bedding), office space - Bathroom : Large Italian shower (160x90) 1km from the sea and the famous cabins, and 1km from the shops.
We are a couple with two children in love with this beautiful region of the Cotentin. In 2021, we decided to build a house for rent where everything would be imagined to spend a pleasant time. A practical, bright, calm space with a simple but natural and soothing decoration. A house at 1 km from the sea and the famous Cabines de Gouville but also from the shops. The whole of the Cotentin region is less than 80 km away, including the famous Mont Saint Michel.
