Coquet appartement de 38 m2 dans une résidence sécurisée 3 étoiles avec piscine, au bord du golf d'Aiguelèze. Comprenant une chambre, WC séparé, une salle de bain, un coin cuisine US, un salon séjour donnant sur une terrasse extérieure en RDC et une place de parking dans l'enceinte du domaine privé. Vous trouverez à proximité une grande base de loisirs, son port de plaisance, le golf ainsi que des structures gonflables aquatiques sur le Tarn. L'appartement se situe à 15 mn d’Albi, Gaillac, 30mn de Cordes sur Ciel, 20 mn de Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelci ,et nombreux villages médiévaux à visiter.
