Ideally located in Vannes with a breathtaking view of the Etang au Duc, this accommodation has everything to please you. Located in a secure residence on the 5th floor with elevator, it is ideal for 2 to 4 people. You are 350m from the St Patern district 900m from Vannes train station 1km from the port 3km from a shopping area and access to the N165 The market is 800m away (Place des Lices Wednesday and Saturday morning) Shops at the foot of the building (side -1, bakery, tobacconist, hairdresser ... Vélib station also) The accommodation: Completely renovated, this 48 M² apartment includes: - A fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge / freezer, induction hob, toaster and a bean-to-cup coffee machine ideal for starting the day!
