Renting pleasant, comfortable and furnished renovated studio of 21m2 in a typical Alsatian house in Epfig, in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, with easy access to neighbourhood convenience shops (bakeries, butcher's shop, grocery shop, pharmacy). SNCF train station 500m away. Half-way between Strasbourg and Colmar, Epfig is idealy located to go explore the Alsace region. At the foot of Mount Ste Odile, of the Haut Koenigsburg medieval castle and the wine road. Near Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr. 30km away from Europa Park. 5 min. away from main highway A35 (Strasbourg-Colmar). The furnished studio includes: - 1 sofa bed for 2 persons (once opened it becomes a real 160cm x 200cm bed with real slatted base and mattress) - kitchenette with heating plates, microwave oven and grill, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster - shower room with toilets - TV, wi-fi Animals accepted
