About Oz-en-Oisans and the area 🎿 Charming Ski Village with Everything Nearby Oz-en-Oisans is a compact but lively ski village with all the necessary amenities within walking distance. You’ll find cozy restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, an ESF ski school, and even childcare. You won’t need a car during your stay. The village is part of the large Alpe d’Huez ski area, with modern gondolas and ski lifts connecting you to 250 km of slopes. For the true adventurers, there’s even La Sarenne – the longest black run in Europe! 🌞 Summer in the Mountains Oz-en-Oisans is also a fantastic destination in summer! Enjoy the mountains your way – active, adventurous, or totally relaxed. • Cycling & MTB Climb legendary cols (Alpe d’Huez, Glandon, Croix-de-Fer, etc.) or explore 269 km of MTB trails via the gondolas. • Hiking Beautiful hiking routes start right at the chalet.
