Superb new chalet with sauna for 15 people, offering a magnificent view of the Giffre valley. - Located close to the Grand Massif ski area (Samoëns, Flaine, Morillon) - Sunlight all day thanks to its south-facing exposure - Multiple living spaces for everyone: games room, covered terrace, 4 bathrooms, etc. - WiFi access - Flat parking for 6 cars - Outdoor terrace ideal for enjoying the sun - Studio for 4 people available The chalet is very pleasant and spacious, offering both convivial spaces (games room, TV room, sofa corners, terraces, mezzanines) and private areas so each of you can enjoy your privacy. From December to March, it is advisable that you come with a vehicle equipped with tires suitable for winter conditions. During snowy periods, you are recommended to bring snow chains and ensure your vehicle has at least winter tires. Duvets, pillows, sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival. Bed sizes: - 4 beds of 90x190 cm with 140x200 duvets - 2 beds of 140x190 cm with 220x240 duvets - 4 beds of 160x200 cm with 220x240 duvets Perfect for families, sports groups, team building, yoga retreats, etc. In summer 2025, discover the region’s highlights: Vélo Vert Festival (June 6‑8), Samoëns American Festival (June 26‑29), Tour de France Femmes (August 3), Fête des Guides (August 10), as well as concerts, trail runs and MTB competitions.
