Quiet and elegant room for a rejuvenating stay in our guest house with a Terres du Sud atmosphere. Mediterranean inspirations and nature mixed. You can enjoy the little garden to recharge your batteries in complete peace in the evening🥤⛱️☀️ Outside, discover a green setting between parks, lakes and river for beautiful evening walks from the house. - Shared bathroom, kitchen, yoga corner and garden. - Complimentary coffee and tea in the morning. - Breakfast: subject to availability and upon request the day before, at an additional cost, or alternatively, external options are available 400-1200m away. - Free street parking. - Bike and moto parking in the garden. - Tram 300m away, as well as all shops. - This is a bedroom that is rented (18/10h) not the entire property. It is not a rent for vacation. - RENT PER NIGHT : departure at 10am, arrival and return at 6-8 pm. - ID required upon arrival.
