Bienvenue chez vous, C'est avec joie et plaisir que je vous accueille avec mon fils dans notre longère rénovée Stéphanie & Cyril. 4 chats sont à demeure, autonomes avec des chatières sur les portes (discrétion pour chacun). Venez goûter le calme olympien et ressourçant de la campagne. Belle journée

Je vous accueille dans ma longère familiale rénovée plain -pied, ma résidence principale, pièces à thème atypique, colorées, au plein coeur de la campagne près de la forêt de Bercé, sans aucun vis à vis. Animaux de compagnie admis, 4 chats déambulent dans la maison. Cour et jardin verdoyant. Confort, détente, une bonne nuit de sommeil vous attend dans la chambre 'plage'. Café disponible. 2 salles de bains sont à votre disposition, une grande au RDC 'commune' et une privative à l'étage pour votre parfaite intimité. Une autre chambre est disponible (elles sont cote à cote) dans l'établissement avec lit Queen size. * à 20 km du Circuit des 24 heures du Mans, * 30 min de Tours via l'A28, près de la forêt de Bercé ! Fibre disponible ! Places de parking ds la cour. + dépendances si motos Panier de basket et fléchettes disponibles. Idéal sportif, loisirs, déplacement professionnel. Pour étudiant ! Ou Sénior !
