it's a pleasure to welcome you in one of our room, at home. located in a quiet residential area of Dijon. Spacious room with an open and private terrace overlooking the garden. This charming accommodation offers easy and immediate access to shops, activities and restaurants in the heart of Dijon old town. We offer you welcome products, bathrobes and a Nespresso machine are available too. Weekday arrivals (Monday to Friday) are from 6:00 pm onwards, between September 19, 2025 and November 5, 2025. After this period, the standard check-in times apply. **** Old renovated house dating from 1870. it has beautiful stones and exposed beams. To relax, we have installed in a relaxing landscaped garden a SPA of the brand "HotSpring" covered, heated and non-private (On the other hand, your one hour cession, will be private). This will allow you to enjoy a moment of escape and relaxation. This provides very high quality massages with jets of water and not air. The room and its terrace are private access to the garden and SPA are common area for cottages and room at the home. **** Extra services. Late Check-out until midday (12pm). (subject to availability. To requested the day before) Our company is equipped of CCTV System 24h/24h to guarantee tranquility and security located on outdoor spaces (garden and property access) you will be brought to meet int the common garden of our cottages, our cat named "Pépite" and our Australian Shepherd dog, ages of 2 years old named "Thaya".

Neighbourhood information

10 minutes walk from TGV-SNCF train station, 10 minutes drive from the ring road, 5 minutes walk from the tramway station, Stop called "Godrans" Tram 1 and 2. Supermarket 5 minutes walk from the accomodation.
