This charming accommodation offers easy access to the Citadel of Blaye, as well as to shops and restaurants. You’ll enjoy your independence, as the room is located at the back of the garden. In nice weather, you can enjoy breakfast or an apéritif in the garden. A cozy and comfortable setting to explore the Vauban Citadel and the Blaye wine region with its unique wine tourism experiences. Breakfast available on request with 24 hours’ notice. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard, sheltered from the street and bad weather. (Mattress size: double 200x140)
We love meeting new visitors and are happy to share our ideas for activities to do in the region. We’re a French-English couple with a passion for and solid knowledge of Bordeaux wine!
An ideal starting point to discover the Citadel of Blaye and the wines of the Côtes de Bordeaux. Take the ferry across to explore the Médoc vineyards and the Atlantic beaches. We are about 1 hour from Bordeaux by car.
