Nichée au milieu de ses terres au bout d’une petite route communale elle a un caractère unique et intime un accès facile aux commerces et à la mer. La maison principale de la ferme est une belle demeure à la forme élancée, typique de la riche région agricole du "Plain du Cotentin".
