Villa Spencer is a magnificient 6 bedrooms stone villa in an idyllic setting. Spacious, family friendly, very well equipment for indoor and outdoor activities, 10 minutes walk from village shops and restaurants. It is located in Le Bar sur Loup, in the French Riviera, near Tourette sur Loup, Valbonne and Mougins and 45 minutes from Nice Airport. It has a private heated and salt pool, and wonderful views, beautiful grounds, gym equipment, table football, table tennis, badminton, petanque.
The beautiful town of Le Bar-sur-Loup, named after the Loup, a coastal river that passes below and flows into the sea near Villeneuve-Loubet, is perched on a rocky outcrop that stretches from the Sarre plateau overlooking the Loup Valley. The old village has been lovingly restored and the old houses are clustered around the 13th century castle and church located in the centre. The circular layout of the village is more or less preserved, with large sections of the original ramparts still visible from rue Estrabarry and Cheiron. The village of Le bar sur Loup, is a charming and authentic French village, consisting of its castle, its small boutique hotels, its restaurants and local shops such as grocery, news agent (with international newspapers), pharmacy, bakeries...
