Property information

Charming apartment, comfortable and quiet on the ground floor of a building, very secured with a digicode and a door of access. The apartment is bright and well equipped. Close Part-Dieu train station and hospitals, many buses and subways. Perfect flat for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. Location near the Avenue des Frères Lumières with its market and its many shops / restaurants.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the heart of Grange-Blanche, this district offers a quiet and peaceful setting. Nearby is also the superb Monplaisir district, one of the most sought-after districts of Lyon. Thanks to its numerous shops on the Avenue des Frères Lumières and its market installed 3 times a week on Place Ambroise Courtois (heart of the district), Monplaisir is today a real dynamic urban village and very pleasant to live. You will find all the shops you will need as well as many restaurants and services. The districts is composed of several structures dedicated to the medical sector: the Edouard Herriot Hospital, the Léon Bérard Center, the faculties of Medicine and Pharmacy. Place Arsonval (5min walk from the studio) is a central point of the neighborhood where converge 3 major avenues and transport networks. Finally, line D (5min from the studio) is the main metro line that will take you in just 10 minutes to the city center with its main attractions (Place Bellecour, Fourvière, Croix Rousse, Place des Célestins, Place des Jacobins, Place des Terreaux, walks on the banks of the Rhone and Saône, numerous museums ...)
