Le studio est situé au 1er étage d’une bâtisse du 19ème siècle aux portes du Lauragais, en plein cœur historique de Castanet-Tolosan. Le studio est entièrement climatisé et doté d’un canapé convertible, une salle d’eau avec douche et WC, et d’une cuisine équipée d’un lave-vaisselle, d’une plaque à induction, d’un frigo, et d’une machine à café. Vous disposerez également d’une TV écran plat et d’un coffre-fort sur demande.
Une table au sein du restaurant gastronomique des propriétaires : La Table des Merville est disponible sur réservation.
Stationnement gratuit à deux pas de l’appartement.Ce studio se situe à 15 minutes en voiture de Toulouse et est parfaitement desservi par le bus et le métro. Stationnement gratuit à deux pas du studio.
