Completely renovated village house nestled in the historic center of the charming medieval village of Marquixanes, in Catalan country. This charming 88 m² village house, typical of Catalan country, has been completely renovated inside and out with exposed beams and solid parquet floors in the bedrooms. The house has three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, two toilets, and a fully equipped living room. It can accommodate up to six people. It is located on the main square of the village of Marquixanes, in the old town center, opposite the Sainte Eulalie church, accessible by car. The location is quiet and close to the village's few shops. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. A travel cot and a high chair are also available. Wi-Fi is available with fiber optics.
I am delighted to be able to show you this magnificent region, located between the sea and the mountains, thanks to this family home, recently renovated and perfectly maintained and decorated.
The house is ideally located for exploring the Conflent region, Mont Canigou, Eus, renowned for being the sunniest village in France, Villefranche-de-Conflent, and further afield, Perpignan, the beaches of Roussillon, Canet, Saint-Cyprien, Argelès, and Collioure (voted the most beautiful village in France in 2024), as well as the wineries and vineyards of Roussillon.
