On the 2nd floor (no lift), this flat, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is the result of the division of a former 140 m2 dance hall that we have transformed into two top-of-the-range flats for your enjoyment. We've kept as much of the original stonework as possible, combining it with quality materials and furnishings to create the necessary charm. It comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large living room with a dining area, a granite table and six chairs with a contemporary design combining wood and metal, and a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a 117 cm flat-screen TV and a Wi-Fi connection for the entire flat. A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine for the big drinkers, utensils, crockery and all you need for cooking. A master suite with double bed 160x200, ample storage space, wardrobe and shelving, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a bathroom with whirlpool bath and washbasin. A second bedroom with double bed 160x200, ample storage space, wardrobe and shelving, a desk and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A separate bathroom with double washbasin, Italian-style shower, washing machine/dryer and separate WC. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already placed on the beds and available for the sofa bed, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sweets, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet).
