Discover this spacious villa of 350 m2, perfect to accommodate up to 18 people. Composed of a main house and two outbuildings including a pool house, ideal to enjoy the outdoors. Located 5 km from the village of Mougins and near Cannes, the villa offers a quiet setting with views of the mountains and magnificent sunsets. Main house: Floor 2: Double room with bathroom. Floor 1: Spacious living room, master bedroom with bathroom and large balcony. Ground floor: Two bedrooms with shared bathroom, a bedroom with private bathroom, kitchen and terrace of 45 m 2. Studio 1: Bedroom with bathroom. Studio 2: Living room with sofa bed, bathroom and shared kitchen. Pool House: Bedroom, bathroom, living area and open kitchen. Outside: Large swimming pool composed of a heated bath and a shallow pool and a garden of 4000 m2 with children’s playground, petanque, deckchairs and barbecue. Access of travelers: Exclusive use of the entire property. Keys by hand from 5pm Extra costs: Linen provided from 6 nights, optional for shorter stays. A tourist tax may be requested.
