The hosts? We are Linda and Alex, a couple originally drawn to the magic of the French countryside and lucky enough to call Château de la Forge home since its restoration in 2018-19. Alongside our friendly Golden Retriever (who’s always happy to meet and greet new guests!), we live on site and love welcoming families, friends, and travelers from around the world. Since purchasing the château, we’ve been lovingly restoring and enhancing it year by year. We’re currently expanding our gardens, including a new greenhouse and a kitchen garden that brings fresh, seasonal produce straight to the breakfast table. Hosting is not just something we do, it is something we genuinely enjoy. We’re here to help make your stay comfortable, memorable, and as relaxed as country life should be.

Each guest room features a large, modern bed, those gloriously oversized French wardrobes (the kind that would never fit into a modern apartment!), and a private en-suite bathroom with either a walk-in shower or a bathtub, depending on the room.
