Carefully curated design elements - a mixture of antique and modern furniture, Italian designer beds, handmade bathroom tiles - bring character and personality to each space. Nestled in the heart of the Chablis wine-growing region in a charming countryside village, Château de Ligny is a perfect escape for rest and relaxation and exploring burgundy. Enjoy our heated indoor pool, relax in the park, or experience chateau life in one of the salons or on our large terrace in the park with century old trees. We focus on respecting nature and limiting our ecological impact and proudly support and implement sustainable practices. Built in 1891, Château de Ligny is set in a charming village setting. The Château has 3 guest rooms and 2 suites. All the bathrooms were recently renovated (beginning of 2024). Our guests are helping breathe new life into the château and preserve this special property. We are carefully restoring and renovating the chateau and we gladly open up our home to share this magical place with guests.

Neighbourhood information

Ligny-le-Châtel, known as the Gateway to Chablis, is a rural village. Its well preserved church is part renaissance and part medieval. There is a deviation of the river Serein in front of the church featuring two historical laundry. Two restaurants are within walking distance.
