Château des Fouilloux is a 16th century property, once frequented by King Francois 1st for hunting in the grounds. The chateau has benefitted from major renovations and some work still ongoing. The Library Suite is situated on the ground fooor, with views over the south-facing garden and grounds. It is now available for guests, with en-suite shower room and breakfast provided in the dining room next door.
Sophie & her husband Ray live here full time, with their two children.
Agris is a small commune 10 minutes away from the town of La Rochefoucauld & it’s historic 11th century chateau, restaurants, cafes & shops.
