Château Leboscq, a former wine estate dating from 1880 converted into a holiday home, offers a relaxing getaway beyond the reach of time.
THE LOCATION
Surrounded by prestigious Médoc vineyards (the big names like Château Mouton Rothschild, Château Beychevelle and Cos d’Estournel are only a twenty- to thirty-minute drive away), it commands a spectacular view overlooking the ever-changing scenery of the Gironde estuary.
An hour and ten minutes by car from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport and half an hour from the region’s lakes and the Atlantic coast – including the vast beaches of the lovely, laid-back resort town of Soulac-sur-Mer – the property is located in the charming village of Saint-Christoly-de-Médoc. The town center, with its small port and restaurant, is only a five-minute walk away.

The traces of time and history were preserved as much as possible, blending with contemporary details.
From the very beginning, the project has been geared toward sustainability, with the goal of respecting the environment and humankind through choices like: a treatment-free pool, furniture and fittings chosen according to this principle whenever possible (e.g. bedding, comforters, pillows, etc. made by Coco-Mat from 100% GOTS-certified natural materials), Océopin organic local beauty products, biodiversity-friendly Qista mosquito control, eco-responsible cleaning products...
