Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis surrounded by a beautiful garden. Stay in an independent T3 unit within a large house, with a complimentary first breakfast offered upon your arrival. This fully independent accommodation includes three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a WC with a macerator (to be used exclusively with toilet paper). The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs, and bed linen as well as towels are provided for your comfort. The house consists of four independent units. This three-bedroom accommodation is located in the basement part, but each bedroom has a window. If you rent the entire property, you can accommodate up to 17 people. You will also have access to a large shared veranda with a lounge area and a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike, and rowing machine, available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The shared garden offers a relaxing space with outdoor furniture, a pergola, sun loungers, a plancha grill, and play equipment for children. Free parking is available on the street, and you can reserve a space in the secure courtyard parking for an extra fee, as well as a baby cot on request free of charge (to be confirmed before your arrival by phone message). The property has a private entrance with a key and a key box for easy arrival. For your security, the exterior is equipped with a video surveillance system. Please remember to lock your unit and the veranda when you leave the premises. Ideally located on the Chemin de Saint-Jacques, the property is five minutes from the marshes and the IUT, and ten minutes from the city center, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the region.
