Property information

Small house full of charm, completely renovated with very good quality materials and equipment. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds on the mezzanine. It is located in the middle of the island on a very quiet private road with almost no traffic. The shell beach is a 2-minute walk away and the village is a 5/10-minute bike ride away. Housing A double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds (access by ladder) A shower room with WC Traveler access You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie Patard de l'île d'Aix, who will also help you have a pleasant stay. Household : cleaning will be done upon your arrival and departure Comfort pack (optional at certain times of the year): Our service of a house ready for your arrival: the beds will be made, you will have bath towels, tea towels, shower towels; and you will have a kit to start your stay (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets & dishwashing liquid). Other remarks The house is available for 4 travelers: 2 adult travelers (1 double bed) and 2 child travelers or 2 adults, knowing that the beds are in the attic, with low ceilings and access by ladder.

Neighbourhood information

On the island the main activity is rest, thanks to its calm and soothing setting. You can also visit the island by horse-drawn carriage, the two museums (Napoleon and African) and certain fortifications such as Fort Liédo. But also introduce you to or improve your skills in water sports with the CNIA (Cercle Nautique de l’Ile d’Aix).
