This cosy apartment is located in Port within walking distance from the seafront, shops, cafes, restaurants and downtown. The Admirable park with spectacular view is few steps away. A lovely French cafe on the ground floor is waiting for you to enjoy the breakfast. The apartment is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped. 2 bedrooms - ideal for the business travelers, 2 couples or a family with kids. Non-smoking. It is not very suitable for light-sleepers. Most windows are faced to NE. You will have a stock of condiments such as coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper. We provide toiletries, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and toilet rolls.
The apartment is ideally located in the Port and nearby the lovely old town, famous Promenade des Anglais, beaches, markets, museums, art galleries and Bonaparte street which is the gastro paradise! Fresh vegetables & fruits, wine coves, ravioli & pastries factory, fresh fish, meat, original Socca, cafes, restaurants and trendy bars at every step! La plage des Bains Militaires de Nice is the nearest one to the apartment. Small and cozy beach just 800 meters away from the apartment, on the left side from the Port, Bd Franck Pilatte. Easy access to the sea by stairs. Castel Plage, Nice. Popular city beach in 1000 meters from the apartment to the right from the Port on Quai Rauba-Capeu just after Castle Hill. A big Parc Castel des Deux Rois on the hill just in front of the apartment, 200 meters, 3 minutes walk. It is a nice place with fully equipped children's playground, with a lot of space and spectacular city view. A small but cozy Parc Vigier in 800 meters, around 10 minutes walk. It is situated on the Bd Franck Pilate just in front of the sea and the nearest to the apartment beach Reserve.
