Panoramic views of Monaco and the Mediterranean - The evenings on the terrace are fabulous with the light from Monaco and the sunset - Romantic atmosphere in our picturesque medieval village - Côte d'Azur's hidden gem. - The townhouse is on a quiet street. The house is well planned, light and airy with a central location in the village. Place for harmony and relaxation - Several good restaurants - Walking distance to the beach, Monaco and Menton - 15 minutes drive to Italy - Cleanliness is an absolute priority for us - The perfect accommodation for the discerning life-saver The house has 4 floors, perfect for privacy, about 100 sqm. Ground floor: hall, bathroom, wc. 1st floor: kitchen. 2nd floor: bedroom. 3rd floor: bedroom, bathroom with toilet. 4th floor: living room with sofa and extra bed mattress as well as terrace with panoramic views.
The kitchen is complete with kitchen utensils. There is good closet space in the bedrooms. The beds are naturally made and ready upon your arrival. The house has two bedrooms with double beds (2nd floor bedroom with 2 removable 90 cm wide beds that can be moved to a double bed, as well as an extra floor mattress, 3rd floor bedroom with double bed 160 cm width). An extra bed mattress can be used in the living room All of the house's fabrics are made of genuine natural materials such as cotton and linen. We offer everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible: bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower cream, basic for breakfast (coffee machine with free Nespresso capsules and tea) and complete kitchen for your own cooking. Bath towels, sleeping mats and umbrellas are at your disposal for your visit to the beach. Bring comfortable shoes as there are many stairs in the village and surrounding area. There are many views and places that make one lose their breath. Avoid too large bags and too much luggage due to limited space and stairs in the house. The house is also the perfect place to stay during your business trips, as each partner will have their own private
The wonderful terrace offers panoramic views of Monaco and the entrance to the harbor as well as the medieval castle. The house is centrally located in the village on a picturesque street near the charming square. At the square there are several good restaurants, cafes and the hotel Les Deux Frères. The village is car-free. The car parking as well as the bus stop are nearby from the house, about 200 meters. The buses will take you to Monaco and Menton. It is a 15-minute walk to the train station Cap-Martin.
