Charming renovated apartment of 60 m2, spacious, near the Pont de la Lune in Largentière, on the ground floor of a villa, on a wooded and fenced plot of 6000 m2. Terrace shaded and scented by lime blossoms in season, and possibility to park in the property in the shade. NOTE: 1 - Rentals are made with a minimum of 7 nights, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. 2 - Access to the accommodation is by a secure and illuminated staircase at night. 3 - The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. 4 - Linen and towels are not included in the rental price; if necessary, they will be provided for rent during your stay for an extra fee. 5 - No animals in the dwelling for health reasons
