This charming studio is ideally located in the heart of Nice, in an upscale neighborhood. It is a lovely brand-new studio, tastefully furnished, and can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and a small child. The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There is a flat-screen TV and reversible air conditioning. Sleeping area: a double bed (160x200 cm) in the form of a sofa bed. The apartment also includes a folding crib for a child aged 0 to 3 years. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet. Free fiber-optic WiFi is available

Very well located, this charming little studio is just 200 meters from the Promenade des Anglais, opposite the Alsace Lorraine Garden and Boulevard Victor Hugo. The seafront and beaches are just a 2-minute walk away, and all amenities are close by. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity on Boulevard Gambetta, including INTERMARCHÉ supermarket, BIO C’bon, CARREFOUR MARKET, PICARD FROZEN FOODS, MULTARI bakery, hairdresser, florist, pastry shop, beauty salon, dry cleaner, banks, pharmacy, etc. AIRPORT: Direct connection. Tram line 2 – Alsace Lorraine station: 2 minutes on foot. Train station (SNCF): 10 minutes on foot. Bike Taxi, Vélo Bleu, CityScoot available.
