80 m² apartment, very quiet, on the first floor of our house, with private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, covered balcony, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, large bedroom for 2 people (160 cm comfortable mattress) with desk, plenty of storage, relaxation patio. Convertible sofa in the living room for 2 additional people. Enclosed and secure courtyard, closed garage for motorcycle/bicycle, tools available. The solo traveler, couple, or family will find all the necessary comfort to rest and discover the nearby Northern Vosges Regional Park: forests, walking and cycling paths, lakes, beautiful roads, in a green and hilly area. To relax on site, they can enjoy a covered balcony, as well as garden furniture and a barbecue. Niederbronn-les-Bains, known for its thermal baths, is only a few kilometers away. It is easily accessible by bike path, car, or even train (2 stations). You can also reach the center of Strasbourg several times a day by direct train (40 min). The spacious and comfortable apartment awaits you !
Nathalie and Daniel, young sporty retirees, motorcyclists, love to travel but also to host, share, and introduce their region.
All shops within 900 meters (supermarket, fuel, pharmacy, bakery...). Train station 450 meters away, providing direct access to Strasbourg in 40 minutes, or to Niederbronn-les-Bains in 10 minutes.
