Large village house with garden, patio and further sunny roof terrace. Recently renovated and redecorated, it boasts very large main bedroom with en-suite leading out onto roof terrace. Also a further half bathroom. Downstairs, a large entrance hall, spacious fully equipped kitchen; diner, large dining room, fully tiled shower room, utility room Nearby are the pretty towns of Rochechouart & amp; Chabanais as well as the Lakes of the Haute Vienne with sandy beaches for swimming, kayaking.
My daughter lives 2 kilometres away and is my co-host so she will be available to offer help. She is also a super host at her own gites.
The property is near to the pretty town of Rochechouart with it's famous twisted church spire and fascinating meteor museum. There are lots of pretty walks and the lakes of the Haute Vienne are about 15 mins drive. Also 35 minutes drive to the city of Limoges, famous for it's porcelain. There is no public transport close by. The house has a driveway which can take two cars.
