This is a beautiful Studio of 30m2 of surface. It is located 2 minutes walk from the centre of the station and all shops, and 2 minutes of skiing from the main gondola lift. The Studio faces south and enjoys a stunning view on the mountains.
The owners do not live in the village. However, the keys/cleaning lady is readily available at a phone call distance for any need during your stay.
La Tania is a car free village, meaning cars can access only the back part of the buildings facing the ski slopes. Both in winter and in summer it is a quite lively place, hosting enough local nightlife but tranquil enough to allow skiers and families to rest. In any case, L'Atrey Residence is 100m away from the hot spots, which makes it very calm yet close to all activities. Public transportation, i.e. bus, shuttle and gondola lifts, are a few minutes walk/ski away from the building. While private cars are the preferable means of transportation, the other options are useful as well. The shuttle bus between the various villages in the Courchevel Valley is free and runs up to late in the evening. Parking is free at the side of the building, however tends to be crowded in peak season. A public underground car park is available in the centre of the village for a fee.
