Come and discover this spacious and bright studio with a balcony and no overlooking neighbors, close to Porte de Versailles, metro (line 12) Porte de Versailles and Balard (line 8), tram in front of the residence. Exhibition center within walking distance and easy transportation options. This spacious 26 m² studio is located on the second floor of a 4-star residence and consists of an entrance, a living-dining area, a private bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a equipped kitchenette, two 80 cm beds.and sofa bed ( for one kid) in the same room . Balcony not directly overlooked. In a beautiful 4-star ADAGIO residence with services: reception, lounge, breakfast, lounge, laundry, parking ( supp) ## Guest access Fully private accommodation. Private parking at extra cost. Access to Appart'hôtel Adagio residence services: laundry, TV lounge, table football, breakfast and cash dispenser at extra cost.
