The house consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a pull-out bed, a dining room and a bathroom with shower. You will also enjoy the 2 gardens of the house: one in front of the house of 30m², the other at the back of the house of 100m² and fitted out with an outbuilding and garden furniture. Sheets and towels are not provided. See you soon! Housing The house can accommodate 4 people and has the following layout: - Living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, armchairs, TV, storage unit. - Separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. - Bedroom fitted out with pull-out bed for 2 persons - Dining room with dining table for 4 people - Fitted shower room with shower and WC Exteriors - At the front of the house, a 30m² garden facing WEST. You can admire the sunsets from this garden. - At the back of the house, a second garden of 100m² EAST facing EAST, with garden furniture. Other remarks - Household linen not provided - You will be asked to pay a 100e cleaning deposit on arrival, by cheque or cash. This will be returned to you on departure if the housework has been done properly.
