The heating and air-conditioning are in place so that the indoors remain warm and cold in the winter and summer months. The parking facility is also available here. The bedrooms are comfortable and peaceful for providing a good night's sleep. In the living area, you can watch your favourite TV shows. A security deposit of EUR 250,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
