Appartement autonome, dans une ambiance ancien logis, poutres parquet, volets intérieurs et équipements modernes. Douche à l'italienne, cuisines équipé et équipements complets. Ce logement se situe au cœur du centre ville. Il est en face du château, sur une l'ile, côté port. Embarcation direct pour bateau Sablesien. Tous les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. L'arrêt du bus est à 30 mètres. La gare à 10 minutes à pieds. Les places des parkings voisins sont gratuites. Conciergerie pour vélos et bagages sur demande. Wifi fibre et hifi bluetooth haut de gamme. Golf, chants Grégoriens, voitures 24h, bateaux, velos, canoës, musées, grottes, randonnées, Solesmes, Asnières sur Vègre, Malicorne, Sauge, La Flèche, Le Mans, Laval, Château-Gontier, Sillé le Guillaume, les Alpes Mancelles....
Breton d'origine, j'apprécie la situation de Sablé-sur-Sarthe et de la région. Je m'intéresse à l'activité fluviale, aux vieilles pierres et au patrimoine. La maison dans laquelle vous logerez pour votre séjour date de 1881. C'est un ancien comptoir de marchand. L'appartement est refait à neuf depuis 2022. J'ai conservé son ambiance. Bienvenue dans ce lieu à la fois moderne avec son charme d'antan et ses matériaux nobles. La vue est imprenable...
La maison est au centre ville de Sablé-sur-Sarthe. Situé sur une île, ce quartier est vivant grâce aux commerces et marchés. Ambiance coeur de village. Toutes les commodités sont au pieds de l'appartement. Le stationnement y est libre, gratuit et surveillé par camera video.
