Mini, 40m2 house, freshly renovated, in the quite, upper part of Eygliers village. Great spot to do hiking, climbing and biking around - within 30min from Queyras, les Ecrins, Serre Poncon... Eygliers lake is just 15min walking distance from the house where you can swim and play with kids! There is little patio in front of the house with a sofa, table, bbq and stunning views over the mountains! ATTENTION: not suitable for little kids - steep stairs to tge bedroom downstairs and the mezzanine upstairs
Hi! During the summer season I live and work in les Ecrins, so I rent out my little house in Eygliers :)
The house is located on the small street in the upper part of Eygliers. It's calm and quite all year round. Within walking ditsance you will find a train station of Eygliers, bakery, bar, Mont Daupine Fort and plenty of walking trails!
