It has a lovely 26 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 350 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you ! The accommodation comprises : Ground floor - A 26 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, fireplace, etc. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1 : bedroom with double bed (140×190) and south-facing view - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 2 : bedroom with two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside : - A 350 m² enclosed garden with a beautiful view over the fields and hills. - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - The fireplace is functional (wood provided) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. -All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities - There are several walking routes in all directions from the village. - The Perche greenway for walkers and cyclists runs alongside the Huisne and through the village, linking Alençon and Chartres. - Horse-riding is also available. - The most important heritage sites in the Perche region are within easy reach of the rental property. - Sports facilities and cultural activities are available in the larger towns in the area, including Mortagne-au---- Perche, Rémalard, Bellême and Nogent-le-Rotrou. - Tourist guides are left in the house to inform holidaymakers. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private courtyard shared with the adjoining house or in the nearby car park.
