Anciens batiments de ferme transformés en habitation type longère dans les années 50 et entièrement rénové il y a quelques années. Tout l'équipement cuisine-électro ménager-chauffage est neuf. Situation exceptionnelle dans une propriété boisée en bord de mer, la plage est devant la maison à moins de 100m. Vous disposez d'un terrain de 1600m² (non clôturé) Parking pour 2 à 3 voitures. Pas de WiFi mais bonne réception 4G. Le village est à 2.5km, 1/2heure à pied par la plage et les chemins. Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Devant la maison, site de pêche à pied réputé. Calme et tranquillité assurés. Le dépot de garantie peut être fait par chèque (non encaissé)
Parc régional de Brière, marais salants de Guérande, baie de La Baule, golfe du Morbihan, barrage d'Arzal, cités médiévales de Vannes, Guérande, ... cités et villages de caractère à foison, vous ne manquerez pas de sites à découvrir.
