The cottage was designed on the ground floor to facilitate the stay of guests with mobility difficulties, with a bedroom featuring wide doors and a generously sized walk-in shower. - On the ground floor, the 55 m² living space includes the kitchen, living room, and lounge. You'll also enjoy a bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with a private shower room, a laundry room, and a toilet. - On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, another bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The landing is a children's play area. Private parking for 3 vehicles is available. The cottage features a south-facing terrace with a barbecue, as well as a garden at the rear of the house with a children's swing. A teleworking space is available in a bedroom upstairs.

Cruguel is located 10 minutes from Josselin, which welcomes you with its castle and charming streets. The area is crossed by the Nantes-Brest Canal, ideal for hiking and cycling, fishing, and boating. Not to be missed during your stay: the Brocéliande Forest, with its legendary sites, castles, and myths. For swimming and water sports, the Lac au Duc in Taupont will delight young and old alike!
