An ideal apartment for a business trip or a visit with friends, a couple or a family, you'll appreciate its comfort, calm and brightness. Just 100m from the RER station and the city center, this beautifully renovated two-bedroom apartment offers easy access to all amenities and fast connections to Paris. Comprising a shared living area (kitchen, dining area, separate toilet) + 2 independent studio bedrooms (with individual showers and washbasins) and “premiums” sofa beds for daily sleeping.
Parisian by adoption for our professional activity, we are a family of 6 and live nearby. We are available by phone and email at any time.
Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Cachan and Arcueil, with all the local shops you need for daily shopping. The metro (RER) is 100m from the apartment. Central Paris and the Maison des Examens d'Arcueil are a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The Porte de Versailles exhibition center for trade shows and conventions is less than 30 min away. For relaxation, the city center park (Parc Raspail) is 200m away, and Parc de Sceaux and Parc de Montsouris are less than 10 min away.
