This old farmhouse was completely redesigned during its renovation. the different levels created give this cottage a beautiful country house look and an original side that you will not find elsewhere. Very close to the ocean, you will enjoy being in this cottage both in summer and the rest of the year. This cottage has become a real modern house while retaining its character and authenticity. Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, flat screen TV, CD player), pantry (washing machine), 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), shower room. Electric heating and fireplace. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Unfenced land. Swing. Private land not delimited, on agricultural exploitation. Another gite on the site.
