This cosy flat is fully equipped: - The flat has 2 comfortable rooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed (2 persons) and a bunk bed, a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 persons. Sheets, pillowcases and mattress protectors are provided. - A baby bed (umbrella bed) if required, please let us know in advance - The kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster with crockery and cooking utensils to prepare your meals - The bathroom is clean and functional. It has a bathtub, towels for each person and a washing machine/dryer. - 2 fans are at your disposal. - A terrace to rest. - The toilets are separate. - You have a private Wifi with a HD television and a Netflix subscription. - Moreover, a private parking space in the basement is at your disposal free of charge.

We will warmly welcome you in a pretty and comfortable fully equipped flat, ideally located in the heart of the new eco-district and at the foot of the RER A train station which will take you to Disneyland Paris in 10 minutes and to the centre of Paris in 35 minutes. The residence benefits from quick access to the capital via the A4 and A104 motorways. Spend a pleasant stay as a couple, with family or friends in this pretty, functional and comfortable 2-room flat. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet at the gates of Disneyland Paris, with the Val d'Europe shopping centres and its Outlet Shopping Valley (700m and 900m), Le Clos du Chêne (900m) and the Village Nature Paris with activities full of sensations and adventures (Adventure Park, Aqualagon, various workshops and walks). Our beautiful region is rich in activities, don't hesitate to come and enjoy them ;) Is it your first time in the region? The arrival in the apartment is done autonomously. Entry to the flat is via a secure key box. Entry to the flat is between 5pm and preferably before 9pm and check-out at 10am. Located in the heart of the Montévrain eco-district - 300 metres from the RER A station - Local shops (Auchan, Bakeries, Cafes, Restaurants, Carrefour City etc.) - Val d'Europe national shopping centre + La Vallée Village Outlet at (700m and 900m) - Clos du Chêne regional shopping centre at 900m - Village Nature Paris (6km) How to get around : - On foot, by bike, by car, by train, all means of locomotion are good to visit our region! :) By train : - The RER A train station is 300 metres from the residence. By car : Quick and easy access via the A4 motorway Paris -> Province - Exit 12.1 Val d'Europe - Montévrain - Centre Commercial Province -> Paris - Exit 13 Marne-la-Vallée - Serris Private parking in the basement of the residence, accessible with a remote control By plane : From Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, you can take the train to the Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station.
