MONTMERY Classée Monument Historique ce corps de ferme en granit se situe au cœur de la propriété du porcelainier Théodore Haviland sur une centaine d'Hectares . La maison de 135 m2 allie le charme de l'ancien au confort moderne , à la décoration raffinée avec de nombreux souvenirs de famille ; Un poêle à bois dans le salon pour les soirées au coin du feu. Une grande cuisine salle à manger pour 8 personnes 3 belles chambres 2 salles de Bains et un cabinet de toilette . Un grand jardin privatif donne sur les prairies avec une vue très dégagée ainsi qu'une grande cour côté arrivée ou coule une fontaine avec l'eau de source de la propriété Une jolie piscine terminée en 2023 avec un volet sécurisé. Piscine entièrement clôturée d’une jolie Barrière de châtaignier pour la sécurité des enfants. un salon de jardin avec table chaises longues etc.... et barbecue pour les repas d'été Vous êtes au calme à la campagne .La ville d'Ambazac n’est qu’un à 3 KM avec toutes les commodités Linge de toilette draps en option selon votre demande. Chauffage au fuel en supplément selon la saison Bois pour le poêle à bois selon consommation Consommation électrique facturée selon la consommation au tarif en rigueur Chien ou chat bienvenus . J'ai été élevée dans cette maison de famille Le domaine de Montmery est dans la famille depuis l'arrivée des frères Haviland ,americains, en 1860 pour installer leur fabrique puis leur famille . je retourne régulièrement dans ce havre de paix avec mes enfants et maintenant mes petits enfants J’espère de tout cœur que vous vous y sentirez aussi bien que moi et apprécierez le calme , la nature, les grandes promenades à pied ou en VTT, la découverte de la région si attachante et encore bien préservée.
A 3 Km de la petite ville d'Ambazac avec tous les commerces dont vous aurez besoin . Limoges n'est qu'à 20 Km avec ses Musées, ses golfs, ses bons restaurants, cinémas, marché aux puces etc.... et surtout le family village à 12 Km avec de nombreuses grandes surfaces comme Darty, Grand Frais, un très bon caviste, Alinea, Leroy Merlin etc......
