Company information

Caroline and Vincent look forward to welcoming you to this lovingly renovated 1820 home. Our priorities have been to transform the estate in a gentle and respectful way, to provide exceptional comfort with top of the range facilities to our guests (soundproofing, luxury bedding, heat-cooling pump), to transform by our care the old trees of the estate into furnishings, to engage in an environmental policy in the renovation and operation of the site. The premises are decorated with our own feeling in a Scandinavian style. Our trademark? Beautiful materials, poetry, flowers, china and DIY. A gourmet or healthy breakfast is prepared every morning with local products. We are here to provide you with the best conditions for a stay with us in Touraine: advice on trips, reservations, etc. Everything is possible :)

Property information

Atypical guest house on the 2nd floor of a manor house (accessible via a 50 outdoor steps). Located in a confidential and intimate setting in the heart of a small valley bordered by a stream, surrounded by forest, right in the heart of the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Nature Park. Its location in the Natura 2000 area makes it an exceptional site. The landscape is atypical, with 10 hectares of meadows, 10 hectares of hillsides with troglodyte cellars at the base of the oak and pine forest, and 2 hectares of parkland and flower gardens with biodiversity surrounding the various buildings. The ideal spot for: visiting the châteaux of the Loire, cycling the roads of the Loire, sailing on the Loire, meeting the winegrowers of the Bourgueil and Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil appellations, doing nothing here, disconnecting from everyday life, observing wild animals. The promise of lovely experiences: imagine a home-cooked breakfast with local produce by the pool in summer, long walks in the forest, reading by the pond, meditation by the pond, a forest bath to take care of yourself, a swim in the heated pool... Please note: this location is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
