Welcome to Poucet Oriental! For nature and tranquility lovers, you are in the right place. Poucet Oriental is a former sheepfold nestled in the heart of a vast forest of pines and oaks, surrounded by terraced land. You won't have any immediate neighbors, ensuring complete disconnection and total immersion in nature. A small communal path allows you to reach the village in 40 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by car. The pool is brand new, with a Lino coating, a heat pump for extended use out of season, and an automatic rolling cover. The stone house has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 twin beds), accessible by 2 staircases, one of which is a winding staircase with irregular steps. The bathroom is on the ground floor, with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The living room, with its stone bench, and the dining room, with its trough, have retained their traditional appearance and immerse you in a Provençal sheepfold ambiance. The renovated kitchen has all modern equipment and opens onto a first terrace with a small table. A pergola has been installed nearby to create a shaded dining area (electric plancha available).
